ACE currently has seven branch offices throughout California with 24/7 access to conference rooms, work stations and Internet service. Most of agents and brokers work more than a standard 40-hour week and often work evenings and weekends. Although the hours are long and frequently irregular, ACE agents and brokers have the freedom to determine their own schedule. You can arrange their work so that they have time off when they want it.

You must have an active California real estate brokers or sales agent license. In addition you must be high school graduates, be at least 18 years old, and pass a written test.

Education and Training

The founders and management of ACE believe strongly in education and training. The better educated ACE’s sales force we have in the field—the more positive impact we make on both of our customers and the communities we live and work in. All of our agents must complete our Land Banking Training Program and then participate in our ongoing monthly training sessions on topics such as finance, sales motivation, economics, tax laws, marketing and time management.

In addition, ACE provides monthly career seminars across California on “Land Banking – A Proven Formula for Success”. This seminar provides insight on how to become a Land Banking Specialist and begin maximizing the benefits of your real estate license. ACE’s brokers and agents are constantly partnering with Financial Professionals and co-host seminars on the likes of retirement planning or the benefits of owning real estate in your IRA or 401(k) plans. Other Qualifications

Personality traits are as important as academic background, training and experience. ACE looks for agents who have a pleasant personality, honesty, and a professional appearance. Maturity, good judgment, trustworthiness, and enthusiasm for the job are required to attract and close prospective customers in this trusted advisor sales process. Agents should be well organized, be detail oriented, and have a good memory for names, faces, and business particulars. They must be at least 18 years old.

As an ACE broker and agent you must be computer literate, have good writing skills and a network of family, friends and happy customers.

Advancement

As agents gain knowledge and expertise, they become more efficient in closing a greater number of transactions and increase their earnings. A successful agent who dedicates his/her full-timer resources can start managing their own District within just 6-8 months. Further advancement opportunities exist at both the Division and Regional levels as start to expand team and increase your sales capacity.
