- Minimum Requirements include:
- Must possess a current California Sales Agent or Broker Real Estate license
- Effective communicator with strong interpersonal and analytical skills
- Ability to think out of the box
- Proficient in Word and Excel
- Ambitious and goal oriented
Additional District Executive Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years experience as a proven, highly successful sales manager
- Willing to commit to what it takes to meet aggressive sales projections
- 4 year college degree
