The ACE Affiliate Broker Program helps Brokers and their Agents maximize their Real Estate licenses and income earning potential!
As you know, there are about 500,000 real estate agents licensed in California today with most of them vying for a small sliver of the neighborhood housing market. In contrast, there are billions of dollars of retirement money in IRA, 401k and other retirement plans in just California waiting to be moved into real estate. Currently only about 2% of this money has found its way out of the stock market into real estate even though Section 408 of the IRS Tax Code has opened the door for individuals and small business owners to own real estate inside their IRAs or other qualified retirement accounts.

Our long-term appreciation strategy is not impacted by current economic or market conditions. ACE Capital Group is a real estate company. We are not real estate brokers or financial advisors. We are the principal who purchases and sells carefully selected California pre-developed parcels of land. Commission and Fees:
We pay a base commission of 7.5% on all ACE properties closed through your team’s efforts. You determine the split with your team of California licensed sales agents. In addition we provide additional administrative and incentive fees of one-percent (1%) for purpose of dedicating the time and resources to make sure Land Banking is an integrated part of your core business products.
Requirements to become an ACE Affiliate Broker:
The ACE Affiliate Broker Program is not for everyone. Land Banking is a trusted advisor sale, so besides basic minimum professional and experience requirements, qualified brokers and their team must complete the ACE Land Banking Training Program and commit to hosting ongoing monthly advanced sales training seminars at their facility.
Minimum Eligibility Requirements for an ACE Broker Affiliate:
Must have an active California Broker license.
Must have a California registered business name and active business license.
Must have a Federal Employer Identification Number (EIN).
Must have a non-home office location to make a professional sales presentations.
Must have at least three sales agents working under him/her.
Must have a website and allow ACE to create a partner link.
No unresolved complaints registered with the Better Business Bureau in the past two years.
Training and Support
ACE Training and Seminar Programs are necessary components in the dynamic process of going from believing in the ACE formula to mastering the land banking sales process. As a new Affiliate Broker you and your team are required to participate in ACE’s Affiliate Broker Sales Training Program at either your facility or a mutually agreeable offsite location. In an interactive classroom setting, you will learn everything from land banking to the retirement plight in America, to the ACE sales warm-up message, to locating ACE properties on Google™ Earth, to the all important closing and documentation process.
In addition to this onsite training, we recommend that your future new recruits and agents participate in our group Land Banking Training Program held weekly at an ACE branch in your area. These new agent focused training sessions are also a great opportunity for you or an assigned representative from your team to learn about the new and exciting developments in the industry and our processes. As an Affiliate Broker, you are assigned an ACE Executive who will be available to assist you and team members through the documentation and closing process on your first few transactions. Besides holding your hands through the first $500,000 in closed sales, the ACE Executive will set-up an ongoing monthly sales and product training schedule at your facility. This ongoing training and support is critical to maintain active agent participation in this program thereby maximizing your income potential. We also have an Affiliate Broker Support Team at our corporate headquarters in Redwood City that are available by telephone and email to answer questions, solve problems or walk one of your new agents through an entire transaction.
We recommend your team attend one of our free area seminars like “Land Banking – the Missing Link”. This seminar provides a 90-minute overview of market and industry changes, ACE’s formula for success and the steps required for becoming a Land Banking Specialist.
